How to Place an Order (PLEASE READ 😅💜)

A quick step-by-step to make ordering easy and smooth!

Important Ordering Notice:
All orders must be placed at least 3 days before your needed pickup date.

Larger orders, detailed orders, or treat packages may require more notice and are subject to availability.

1️⃣ Choose Pickup
Choose your preferred date and select pickup.

2️⃣ Select Your Items
Add everything you’d like to order to your cart.

3️⃣ Checkout (Use “Checkout” instead of PayPal) This step is very important!

Please use Checkout instead of PayPal so all order details are submitted correctly.

At checkout, please review your order carefully and make sure to include:

any important order notes
names, wording, or design details if needed
promo code, if applicable

4️⃣ Pickup Orders
Pickup days and available time slots will appear on the availability calendar at checkout.

Please make sure you choose the correct date and time before placing your order.

5️⃣ Custom Cakes Require the Custom Form
Custom cakes cannot be ordered through the website menu.

You must fill out the Custom Cake Request Form, and I’ll contact you by email with details and pricing.

How do I know if it’s a custom order?

If the cake design you are looking for does not look like any of the pictures below, it is considered a custom order.

The ready-to-order cakes shown on this page are simple designs I have available for quicker ordering, without the need to exchange emails back and forth before placing your order. Pricing is also different for ready-to-order cakes.

Ready-to-order cakes can be customized with your preferred color and may include simple add-ons to personalize them.

For more detailed themes, special designs, character-inspired cakes, sculpted cakes, fondant details, or anything not shown below, please fill out the Custom Cake Request Form instead.

Because of their size and concept, bento boxes are artist-designed, meaning full customization is not available. This allows me to focus on creativity, quality, and a polished final presentation—while still making each box feel special, unique, and personal.
