Mianas Cakes was created after having my hours cut at work. After being out of work for about a month, I decided to finally make a hobby a side hustle. And then, a side hustle made the main income after being furloughed then laid off from my Disney job. I started at Disney as a turndown hostess at the Grand Floridian, 4 years later, decided to follow what I really love to do, cake decorating. That's where the title of cook 2 pastry came. 2 years creating desserts at Contemporary's Bakery.

Cakes are made Puerto Rican style, super moist and sponge like. That's why I don't offer fillings but if you are interested in adding a filling, be more than welcome to ask!
